Jade Atelier
Jade Atelier is the private stone and custom forging division of Bootleg Silver Co. — offering artisan-selected jadeite, hand-cut cabochons, and custom forged heirloom jewelry rooted in Southwest craftsmanship.
Each stone is personally sourced, evaluated, cut, carved, and polished by Suzette Meyers within the Bootleg Silver Co. studio. The atelier focuses on natural jadeite, Burmese jade, Guatemalan Type A jadeite, nephrite, turquoise, and complementary natural materials selected for depth, movement, translucency, and character.
Unlike mass-produced settings, every forge begins with the stone itself.
The Jade Atelier was created to offer collectors and clients the opportunity to commission one-of-one work built around individually selected material — allowing each finished piece to preserve the organic beauty and spirit of the stone.
Available custom work may include:
-
Custom forged jadeite cuffs
-
Statement pendants
-
Rings and heirloom settings
-
Shadowbox work
-
Mixed-metal fabrication
-
Turquoise and jade pairings
-
Boutique-exclusive commissions
-
Collector collaborations
Many stones within the atelier are shown in rough, partially finished, or artisan cabbed form before becoming part of a completed piece — reflecting the studio’s commitment to preserving the natural integrity of the material throughout the forging process.
Bootleg Silver Co. prioritizes natural and untreated materials whenever possible, including Type A jadeite and artisan-sourced turquoise.
Because each stone is unique, no two commissions are ever identical.
