This Garden Quartz looks like an Arizona sunset captured inside stone — layers of rust red, burnt orange, gold, and earthy mineral inclusions moving through the cabochon like desert sky and landscape.

The stone has its own family history, too. I sourced it from my sister, who previously worked for the Bureau of Land Management in Arizona, and it had been tucked away in her personal stone stash for more than 10 years before making its way to my bench.

Set by hand in a fine silver bezel and surrounded by sterling silver, the pendant is finished with floral-inspired stamped detailing and dimensional silver accents. The warm tones of the stone against the oxidized silver give it that aged, collected-over-time character that fits the Heritage Series so naturally.

Finished on an 18-inch stainless steel chain, this is a one-of-a-kind pendant built around the stone and the story it carried long before it became jewelry.
